Marianna and Antonello will be your references during your stay at the property. Marianna regarding the rooms and services, while Antonello as manager of the restaurant of the farm Oasi Blu. They will also be available, to give you information regarding the territory.

Room reservation

Independent room reservations can be made directly through the reservation page .
You can request availability through the contact form or by phone at +39 328 4850 668  (contact person Marianna), at least 3 days before arrival. The reservation will be valid upon payment of a 30% deposit (unless otherwise agreed). The cancellation policy provides for the full refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs 1 month before the booked date. If the reservation is canceled less than a month before the stay at the farmhouse, the cancellation penalties indicated below will apply.

Check-in and check-out 

At check-in, a valid personal document is required.
Please arrange your arrival time with the facility.
Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Room Cleaning

Room cleaning is carried out daily, only in the absence of guests between 9:30 am and 11:30/12:00 pm. Towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linens every 7 days.
Extra cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) can be requested for an additional fee. We reserve the right to enter rooms for urgent maintenance operations.

Restaurant

Overnight stay includes breakfast, while half board is not provided.

Below are the restaurant’s opening hours and days:

• open from Easter to December 31, 2024;
• open for breakfast;
• closed for lunch;
• open for dinner every day only in high season;
• in low season open only on Saturday evenings. Sunday and holidays open only for lunch;
• closed on Tuesday;

The farmhouse offers only a fixed menu of typical Sardinian land dishes (no à la carte menu available).

We cannot accept restaurant reservations made via email, Facebook, or voice messages.

Rules of Conduct

To make your stay and that of all guests as pleasant as possible, the Oasi Blu farmhouse service charter asks guests to respect simple rules of conduct:

• respect for peace and quiet, especially during rest hours
• respect for the no-smoking policy in the rooms
• return of room keys
• respect for recycling

Four-legged Friends

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed. (except in the restaurant)

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation up to 1 month before the stay: no penalty (full refund of the deposit paid)
2. Cancellation less than 1 month before the stay: the penalty is 30% of the entire booked stay

Tourist Tax

The municipality of Calasetta requires a local tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day for the first 5 days of stay, to be paid on-site upon arrival.
